Experienced Primers and Finishers needed for multiple projects in and around Victoria.

Starting rate for an experienced painter is based on skill level and will be determined after a short trial period.
Skilled painters have the opportunity to work at piece work rates, allowing them to earn more than their set hourly rate on certain projects. (Top performers have earned anywhere from $35-$50 per hour project dependent)
What we want in a skilled painter:
Experienced in use of spray equipment for priming
Effective back rolling and ceiling finishing
Strong trim-prep skills
Able to brush or roll trim with a clean, smooth spray-like finish
Clean caulking lines
Can properly fill nail holes and small cracks
Excellent wall prep skills for topcoat
Clean cut-lines and a smooth rolled surfaces
Legally allowed to work in Canada
What you need as an employee:
A working and reliable smartphone
Basic Hand Tools/Sprayer (preferred but not required)
Visibility vest - mandatory
Safety footwear - mandatory
*Reliable transportation
*While it is not required for you to have a vehicle to work for us, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation will make your commute to and from job sites much easier.
While we don’t have a standard work schedule, we strive to have work available for full 8-hour days, Monday - Friday.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
