Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Subway Sandwich Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing fresh sandwiches, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Duties
Prepare a variety of fresh sandwiches and salads according to Subway standards
Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selections
Operate the POS system, for order processing and cash handling
Manage multiple tasks efficiently with strong time management skills
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently maintained
Handle food properly, adhering to health regulations and safety guidelines
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment throughout shifts
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving concerns promptly
Skills
Experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments preferred
Proficiency with POS systems, and cash handling skills
Solid customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change accurately
Kitchen experience or food industry background is a plus
Ability to upsell menu items to enhance sales opportunities
Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
