Courtyard by Marriott | London, Ontario

Courtyard by Marriott is looking for a driven, outgoing, and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales efforts and grow our presence in the London market.

The ideal candidate is a relationship builder who can generate new business, develop corporate and group accounts, and create effective local marketing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue and occupancy goals.
Generate new corporate, group, sports, government, construction, and local business accounts.
Conduct sales calls, client visits, hotel tours, networking, and community outreach.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Manage leads, proposals, contracts, and follow-ups to maximize conversions.
Develop local marketing initiatives, partnerships, promotions, and community opportunities.
Work closely with the General Manager and hotel leadership on sales and marketing strategies.
Monitor competitor activity and local market trends.
Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and community functions.
Support revenue goals and contribute to achieving overall hotel performance targets.

Qualifications
3+ years of hotel sales,



hospitality, business development, or related experience preferred.
Marriott experience is preferred.
Proven ability to generate new business and build client relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
Solid knowledge of the London business community is an asset.
Experience with Marriott systems and/or hotel sales systems is an asset.
Flexible availability for occasional evening and networking events.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
