We are seeking energetic and experienced Professional Cleaners to join our energetic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of residential spaces, ensuring a welcoming and spotless environment for our valued clients. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills will help create a positive experience for every customer.

Must be able to bend, stand on your feet for shifts of 3 hours on end and lift up to 25 lbs. Must be able to provide a clean background check to be considered for this position.

Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Handle laundry services such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled appointments
Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning preferences and requirements
Maintain organized cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues promptly
Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns with a positive attitude

Requirements




Proficiency in English
Prior experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services is required
Robust organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and reaching for extended periods
Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry processes, and sanitization practices
A friendly attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining confidentiality

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
