About the role

SG Peak Roofing is a newly launched roofing company based in Current Westminster, serving the lower mainland. We're building our crew from the ground up and looking for an experienced roofer to lead the work in office, someone who can run a crew and catch problems, not just swing a hammer. This is a chance to shape how a growing company builds its crew and its standards, not step into a shop that's already set in its ways.

You'll be the quality control on every job until we bring on more depth, so your call on workmanship carries real weight here. Experience with asphalt shingle installs is a must, and torch-on/low-slope membrane experience is a solid plus given the mix of work we're seeing.

What you'll do
Lead installs on residential (and some commercial) roof replacements, torch-on/low-slope experience a plus
Run the crew on-site day to day and sign off on workmanship before a job is called done
Catch and flag problems (deck issues, ventilation, flashing) before they become callbacks
Work from proposals and scope of work prepared by the sales team, flag anything that needs adjusting in office
Help train and mentor additional crew as we grow

What we're looking for




Solid hands-on experience installing asphalt shingle roofs, low-slope/torch-on experience valued
Comfortable leading a small crew and making the final call on quality
Red Seal, TQ, or manufacturer certification (IKO, Malarkey, GAF) is a plus but not required
Reliable, safety-minded, comfortable working at height
Valid driver's license

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
