We are looking for an Service advisor to join our team.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Answer phone calls and response emails in timely manner.
Greeting customers in a friendly and qualified manner.
Listening to customers concerns to provide as accurate information possible for Repair Order processing.
Scheduling appointments for customers.
Prepare repair order, source required parts using a variety of web based platforms.
Finalize repair orders and collect payments.
Arrange follow up phone calls to ensure customer satisfaction, reminders and scheduling future appointments.
Light housekeeping duties to ensure the work area is clean.

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
