Pickering Volkswagen is looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team.
We're looking for someone with a strong desire to succeed who will be invested in their personal growth as well as the growth of the sales department.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
achieving sales targets set by the leadership at Pickering VW
achieving CES targets
delivering an enjoyable customer experience both during and after the sale
following the sales process from start to finish
effectively following up with customers throughout their buying process
obtaining appointments and prospecting new business
achieving personal goals set up by yourself and the department manager
maintaining robust product knowledge of current and future VW lineup
assist customers on day of pick up in regards to features and use of vehicle as well as introducing them to our service and parts department
selling both new and used vehicles
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license
OMVIC license preferred but not required
Ability to work well and independently under pressure
previous sales experience is an asset but is not required nor preferred

Yearly compensation range for this role is between $60,000 - $100,000. Commission pay structure.
