Co-op / Intern

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic student to work in a paid internship (or co‑op position) for the summer doing various marketing and administrative tasks. Vitrium is a software company based in Vancouver, Canada that sells to organizations around the world. This is a unique position to help you gain some valuable work experience!

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze the company's CRM data using pivot tables in Excel
Display the results using various impactful graphs
Create a PowerPoint presentation sharing the information you collected
Conduct research into current markets the company is considering expanding into
Track your research in a combination of Excel and Word files
Assist the CEO or Director of Sales & Marketing with other tasks as needed

Required Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a degree or diploma program at a Canadian university or college




Exceptional organizational & time management skills
Robust written & verbal communications skills
Strong analytical skills
Experience using Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Able to prioritize & work under tight timelines
Self‑motivated & able to work independently

Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications:
Previous work experience in an office environment
Experience using pivot tables in Excel
Experience presenting information over Zoom
