Duties
Prepare food items efficiently and according to established recipes and safety guidelines
Operate POS systems to process customer transactions accurately and quickly
Handle cash and credit card payments with precision, ensuring proper cash handling and reconciliation
Serve customers with enthusiasm, upselling menu items to enhance their experience and increase sales




Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food truck, including food handling areas, utensils, and equipment
Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure timely service and food delivery
Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards at all times

Experience
Previous food service experience preferred, especially in fast-paced or mobile environments
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a friendly attitude under pressure
