We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kanata. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional service to our customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience that aligns with our values of quality and affordability.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions and sales to provide informed recommendations.




Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and welcoming for all visitors.
Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
Promote upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.

Job Types: Part time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
