Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Service Plumber to join our team. As a Service Plumber, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heating and plumbing systems in multi-family commercial buildings (condo's). Your expertise in plumbing techniques and mechanical knowledge will be essential.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair mechanical systems in accordance with manufacturers' recommendations, applicable codes and industry best practices
Inspect mechanical and plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
Locate / diagnose leaks and other failures in water and drain lines
Manage project renovation and upgrades to building system, such as re-pipes or heating plant replacement
Provide in-suite service to condominium residents
Skills:
Robust knowledge of plumbing techniques and practices
-Strong knowledge of hydronic heating system and gas fired appliances
Proficient in using power tools and hand tools relevant to plumbing work
Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair plumbing or heating systems

Requires valid Journeyperson plumber / gas fitter ticket, clean drivers abstract, transparent criminal record check . Preference given to "A" ticket holders. Preference will be given to those with HVAC experience.
