Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and quality standards
Handle food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches, salads, and baked goods with precision and cleanliness
Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and efficiently
Manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity, ensuring correct change and transaction records
Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
Keep the workspace organized, clean,



and stocked with supplies to ensure seamless service during busy hours

Skills
Proven experience in food service or the food industry, with a focus on customer satisfaction
Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS
Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a rapid-paced environment
Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities
Barista experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for cashiering, measuring ingredients, and managing transactions confidently

Pay: $18.47-$19.02 per hour
