Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care across various settings, including hospitals, home care, and assisted living facilities. This role requires a blend of clinical expertise, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.
Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ health status and document findings accurately.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options.
Perform phlebotomy and other laboratory procedures as necessary.
Manage pain effectively through appropriate interventions and monitoring.




Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner.
Ensure compliance with medical terminology standards and best practices in patient care.

Experience
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
Previous hospital experience in acute care settings is preferred.
Experience in pediatrics, home care, or senior care settings is a plus.
Familiarity with case management principles and practices.
Knowledge of dementia care techniques is advantageous.
Prior experience in nursing homes or assisted living facilities is beneficial.
Proficiency in medication administration and understanding of medical office operations.

Pay: $68.00-$85.00 per hour
