Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive cleaning of commercial spaces following construction completion, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
Remove debris, leftover materials, and construction waste from the site to ensure a protected and tidy environment
Clean windows, glass surfaces, fixtures, and appliances to achieve a polished appearance
Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet health standards and client expectations
Use specialized cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently while adhering to safety protocols




Conduct inspections to verify all areas are thoroughly cleaned and identify any additional touch-ups needed
Collaborate with project managers or site supervisors to coordinate cleaning schedules and address specific client requests

Qualifications
Prior custodial or cleaning experience, particularly in commercial or post-construction settings
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and safety procedures
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods
Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential for scheduled shifts

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
