Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Operator to join our dayhome team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing educational and caregiving support to children in your own house. Your experience in early childhood education and your ability to create a nurturing classroom workplace will be essential in fostering the growth and development of each child.

Duties
Facilitate engaging educational activities tailored to the needs of children
Create a protected and supportive classroom environment that encourages learning and exploration.
Collaborate with parents and other caregivers to ensure consistent support for each child's development.
Monitor children's progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
Provide personal care as needed, including assistance with daily living activities.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in early childhood education.

Requirements
Experience working with children,



particularly in an educational or caregiving setting.
You have your own house to take care of maximum 6 kids.
You have multitask ability to run a day home in your house.
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
Familiarity with strategies for supporting children with disabilities is preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for educating and caring for children.
Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to various learning styles.

Pay: $3,000.00-$8,500.00 per month
