Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Pastry Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
Assist in preparing a variety of baked goods, desserts, and pastries according to established recipes and standards
Support the food preparation process by measuring, mixing, and assembling ingredients
Ensure all baked items are produced efficiently while maintaining high quality and presentation standards
Handle food safely by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and tools in compliance with health and safety regulations
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and customer expectations





Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant or bakery setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
Knowledge of baking techniques is a plus
Basic understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in food preparation
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward team members
Kitchen experience within the food industry is desirable but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
Flexible schedule with availability to work 3–5 days per week, including weekends

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
