Truck Zone has an opportunity for a highly motivated Working Shop Foreman Heavy-Duty Technician to join our Bonnyville location. Our recent Team member will perform skilled tasks in the mechanical repair and maintenance of medium to heavy duty vehicles, trailers, and specialized equipment. They will inspect, analyze, troubleshoot, dismantle, align, assemble, and adjust mechanical equipment and machinery to maintain it in efficient operating condition.

This position combines hands-on technician duties with shop leadership responsibilities, including supporting technicians, coordinating workflow, and promoting a safe and productive work workplace. The ideal candidate is committed to safety, excellence, teamwork, providing solutions and adaptability.

Role Requirements




Must hold a valid Albert (or equivalent) Journeyman's Certificate
CVIP License preferred; or willingness to obtain one with company assistance.
Possess a valid driver's license, Class 1 or 3 with Q endorsement preferred
Proven mechanical abilities in hydraulics, electrical and engine repair
Strong diagnostic capabilities
Experience performing routine maintenance operations.
Must provide own tools
