Join our dynamic team as a Woodworking Engineer and Scheduler, where you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing our woodworking manufacturing processes and ensuring seamless production scheduling. This energetic position offers the opportunity to leverage your engineering expertise to enhance efficiency, uphold quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. As a key contributor, you will coordinate production workflows, implement lean manufacturing principles, and utilize advanced ERP systems to meet demand forecasts and supply chain requirements.

Duties
Develop and refine woodworking manufacturing processes to maximize productivity and quality.
Proficient with using CAD and Solid Works
Collaborate with supply chain teams to forecast material needs, monitor inventory levels, and adjust schedules accordingly.
Implement lean manufacturing techniques to eliminate waste, streamline operations, and improve overall workflow.
Monitor production progress daily, identify bottlenecks, and adjust schedules proactively to meet delivery deadlines.
Maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing activities, process improvements,



and scheduling updates.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing data trends and recommending process enhancements.

Requirements
Proven experience in manufacturing engineering within a woodworking or related industry.
Solid understanding of demand planning, MRP systems, and supply chain management principles.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing methodologies to promote efficiency and waste reduction.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and production data accurately.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a quick-paced environment.
Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments and convey technical information clearly.
