As a coach at WLAC, you will lead athletes in training for various track and field events. Develop tailored training plans for all track disciplines
Mentor athletes on techniques in jumps, throws, and more
Facilitate training sessions focused on skill enhancement
Prepare athletes for local to provincial competitions
Collaborate with a team of dedicated coaches Requirements:
Coaching experience in track and field is a plus
Knowledge of training methods for diverse events
Excellent communication and mentorship skills
