Provide all training required for the role
Tire & Lube Technician Duties:
Learn to service customers for Oil changes and all Preventative Maintenance Services.
Provide recommendations based on vehicle assessments and OEM specifications.
Suggest new products and services
Continue to advance knowledge of all products and services offered in-store.
Provide exceptional customer service to every customer.
Assist in store cleaning and maintenance.
Work with minimal supervision
Open/Close the Store
Work with employees to ensure Mr. Lube's process and quality control is followed
The ideal candidate will have some customer service experience and enjoy working on cars in a team environment.
