Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment by washing and sanitizing thoroughly
Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients under supervision
Support the kitchen team by organizing supplies and ensuring all food handling procedures meet safety standards
Ensure proper storage of ingredients and leftovers to prevent contamination and waste
Follow all food safety protocols, including proper handwashing and sanitation practices




Help with meal assembly during busy service times to ensure timely delivery of dishes
Support the overall cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal as needed

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and practices
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items safely
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene
Basic cooking skills or interest in developing culinary abilities are a plus
