Job Description: As a Laser Cut Programmer and Operator, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating laser cutting equipment to produce high-quality parts according to client specifications. You will work closely with our engineering and machining teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in production, supporting both high-volume and custom projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Program and operate laser cutting machines to produce parts to exact specifications.
Interpret technical drawings and CAD models to prepare cutting instructions.
Conduct routine machine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments.
Perform quality control checks to ensure parts meet accurate standards.
Collaborate with team members to optimize cutting processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in laser cutting programming and operation.
Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (experience with laser-specific software is a plus).
Solid understanding of laser cutting processes and materials.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
