We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaner to join our team and help create a pristine, welcoming setting for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for performing thorough cleaning tasks across various commercial spaces, ensuring all areas are hygienic, organized, and visually appealing. Responsibilities
Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal in designated areas
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms by disinfecting surfaces, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are met
Clean windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures to promote clarity and shine
Use commercial cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and pressure washers safely and effectively
Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure all areas are consistently maintained
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisor
Adhere to health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is a plus but not mandatory
Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
