We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Security Guard / Patrol Guard to uphold safety and security across our premises. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for monitoring the property, preventing loss, and ensuring a secure environment for staff, visitors, and assets. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to safety will help maintain a secure atmosphere while providing excellent service to all who enter our facility. Responsibilities
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards
Control access points by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors
Utilize CCTV surveillance systems to monitor activity across key areas and detect potential security breaches
Implement loss prevention strategies by observing and reporting theft or vandalism attempts
Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or security incidents with appropriate action and communication
Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and access records for accountability and reporting purposes
Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary to ensure safety protocols are followed
Conduct patrols in the residential properties assigned to the guard.
Skills
Strong understanding of law enforcement principles and procedures
Experience with surveillance systems, including CCTV operation and monitoring techniques
Knowledge of loss prevention methods to deter theft and vandalism effectively
Excellent observational skills with the ability to identify suspicious behavior quickly
Ability to remain calm under pressure while responding to emergencies or incidents
Good communication skills for explicit reporting and interaction with team members and visitors
Physical stamina to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods as required
