Title: Performance Tester
Location: Toronto, Ontario Hybrid: 2 days a week in office
Duration: 6 Months

Pay Range: C$50 INC

Primary Skill: Load Runner
Analyzed non-functional requirements and defined performance testing strategies aligned with application objectives.
Designed, developed, and executed performance test scripts using LoadRunner (VuGen, Controller, and Analysis).
Created workload models and simulated real-world user load scenarios.
Conducted Load Testing, Stress Testing, Spike Testing, Endurance (Soak) Testing, Scalability Testing, and Capacity Planning activities.
Developed performance test scripts for Web (HTTP/HTML), Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, TruClient, and other supported protocols.




Executed performance tests and monitored application behavior under varying load conditions.
Analyzed test results to identify bottlenecks across application, database, middleware, and infrastructure layers.
Collaborated with developers, DBAs, and infrastructure teams to support performance tuning efforts.
Prepared performance test reports with recommendations and improvement plans.
Implemented test automation and integrated performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Supported performance testing activities within Agile development settings.
