Become a vital part of a resident's rehabilitation as a Physiotherapy Assistant. Under supervision, you will help implement treatment programs in a supportive Long Term Care setting.

This role focuses on close interaction with residents as you assist in various therapeutic exercises and monitor their health statuses. Your duties will encompass documentation of progress, mobility assistance, and encouraging adherence to treatment plans.

Your contributions will play a key role in improving residents' quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and assist in group and individual exercises
Document and track resident progress per guidance
Help residents with mobility and secure transfers
Observe and report changes in health conditions
Administer basic treatments like ice or heat therapy

Requirements:
Physiotherapy Assistant graduate or equivalent
Solid ability to manage multiple tasks
Positive communication skills, especially with elderly
Long Term Care experience is advantageous
Current police check and valid TB test required
