As we expand, we’re looking for a driven Territory Sales Manager to grow our presence and lead sales efforts across the region.The RoleThe Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for the New Brunswick West region, covering Fredericton, Oromocto, Saint John, Quispamsis, St. Stephen, Woodstock. This role is focused on growing the business within the assigned territory by developing new opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue. The position works with a mix of residential homeowners and commercial customers, including builders, contractors, property managers, and municipalities.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage a sales territory for residential and commercial fence projectsProspect new customers through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and site visitsMeet with clients to assess needs, perform measurements, and recommend fencing solutionsPrepare and present estimates, proposals, and contractsBuild and maintain solid relationships with builders, contractors, and commercial accountsTrack leads, opportunities,
