Key Responsibilities:



• Collaborate with IDHCT on comprehensive patient care • Develop and implement patient care and education plans • Provide clinical leadership and support across Oak Valley Health sites • Utilize clinical skills for patient assessments and procedures • Ensure adherence to IPAC practices and protocols

Requirements: • Minimum 2 years recent experience in acute medicine • Graduate of a recognized RPN diploma program • Current RPN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario • Certification in BCLS required • Robust organizational and critical thinking skills
