UI/UX Lead – SaaS Accounting Software

Role

We are looking for a UI/UX Lead with 8+ years of experience to lead product design for a SaaS-based accounting platform . The ideal candidate should be hands-on, strong in UX strategy, design systems, user research, and complex enterprise/SaaS workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end UI/UX and Product Design initiatives.
Design intuitive experiences for complex accounting and business workflows.
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs .
Build and maintain scalable design systems and UI component libraries .
Conduct user research, usability testing, and journey mapping.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Teams .
Mentor designers and establish UX best practices.
Ensure responsive, accessible,



and consistent product experiences.

Preferred
SaaS / B2B / Enterprise application experience
Accounting / FinTech / ERP domain experience strongly preferred
Experience designing dashboards, reports, data-heavy applications, and complex workflows
Solid communication and stakeholder-management skills

Must be based in Ontario, Canada. Fully Remote role.
