At Vancity, you will be the first point of contact for members, assisting them with their banking needs and guiding them to the right financial products. This position is temporary and requires flexibility to work during wide-ranging opening hours, including weekends.
You’ll play a key role in driving branch success through relationship-building and trust.

Welcome and engage members at the branch
Assess and understand clients’ banking requirements

Requirements:
Completion of High School or equivalent
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Sales-driven mindset with relationship-building focus
Competence with digital banking and CRM systems
Ability to accurately document interactions
