POSITION Hood Packaging Corporation is seeking an experienced operator for the tube departments at our East Angus plant.

SCOPE OF POSITION The operator assembles, adjusts, and operates a machine used to manufacture tubes for the production of various types of paper bags, in accordance with customer specifications and the company’s quality standards. The operator loads the machine, monitors production, performs quality checks, resolves technical issues,



and completes the required reports.

FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma (DES) or vocational diploma (DEP);
3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting;
Mechanical skills;
Analytical and problem-solving skills;
Team spirit and collaboration.
