Duties
Perform tire inspections to identify wear, damage, or punctures, ensuring safety and quality standards are met
Remove and replace tires using hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely
Balance tires to ensure smooth vehicle operation and optimal performance
Conduct wheel alignments and basic maintenance tasks as needed to support vehicle safety
Assist customers by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and recommended services with a friendly, skilled approach
Use heavy lifting techniques to handle tires of various sizes safely and effectively
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area,
ensuring all tools are properly stored after use
Experience
Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred
Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, tire components, and basic automotive repairs is essential
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance procedures related to tire service
Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while working on vehicles or handling tires
Experience in sales or upselling services is a plus but not required
Basic understanding of automotive safety standards and procedures
