Responsibilities
Assist in removing and installing tires using hand tools and power tools with precision and care
Perform tire balancing, rotation, and inspection to ensure optimal vehicle performance
Support the team in performing basic vehicle maintenance and repairs as directed by senior technicians
Use mechanical knowledge to identify tire issues and communicate findings clearly to customers or supervisors
Handle heavy lifting of tires and related equipment safely to meet operational demands
Receiving deliveries, organizing warehouse
Delivering tires
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times
Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and answering basic questions about tire care
Experience
Previous tire or mechanic experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
Experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic automotive equipment is beneficial
Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods during tire installation or removal tasks
Familiarity with automotive maintenance procedures enhances your potential for growth in this role
