Responsibilities
Safely remove and install tires using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
Inspect tires for damage, wear, and proper inflation; recommend replacements or repairs as needed
Use heavy lifting techniques to handle tires and wheels efficiently and safely
Perform routine maintenance on vehicles, including balancing, rotation, and alignment assistance
Provide excellent customer service by explaining tire options, repair procedures, and maintenance recommendations
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety standards are met at all times
Assist with inventory management of tires and related automotive parts
Requirements
Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred
Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and tire installation processes
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment used in tire service
Ability to lift heavy tires and wheels repeatedly throughout the workday
Robust customer service skills with a positive attitude
Basic understanding of automotive repair procedures and safety protocols
