Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Travel Agent with a minimum of 2 years of industry experience and a valid TICO license. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates deep destination knowledge, and is committed to delivering outstanding service to a discerning clientele.
Key Responsibilities
Design and sell customized travel itineraries including luxury, and group travel
Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, transportation, and travel insurance
Manage bookings, changes, cancellations, and travel documentation with accuracy
Build and maintain robust client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Stay up to date with industry trends, supplier offerings, and travel regulations
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Collaborate with internal teams and preferred suppliers to deliver premium experiences
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as a travel agent or travel consultant
Valid TICO (Travel Industry Council of Ontario) license is required
Strong knowledge of global destinations, airlines, and booking systems.
Proven sales ability with a customer-first mindset
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
