We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for a three-month contract to support our energetic distribution operations. Duties
Assist with warehouse distribution tasks, including loading, unloading, and organizing inventory
Perform order picking using order picker equipment to fulfill shipment requirements accurately
Manage shipping and receiving processes, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation
Conduct heavy lifting and load/unload activities while adhering to safety protocols
Support warehouse management system (WMS) data entry for inventory tracking and order processing
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of daily warehouse operations and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Requirements
Previous experience working in a warehouse setting or similar logistics setting
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift
Experience with order picking systems like order picker machines or manual methods
Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures and warehouse distribution processes
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory control
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Ability to follow safety guidelines rigorously and work effectively in a fast-paced workplace
