We are seeking a motivated and skilled Wall and Floor Tiler/Framer with expertise in installing baseboards, flooring, and tiling to join our energetic construction team. Duties
Measure and prepare surfaces for tiling, framing, and baseboard installation using hand tools and construction techniques
Lay tiles on floors, walls, and backsplashes with accuracy and attention to detail
Install framing structures for walls, ceilings, or other architectural features according to blueprints and specifications
Fit and secure baseboards, moldings, and trim to enhance interior aesthetics
Read blueprints and technical drawings to ensure precise placement of materials
Use caulking and sealing techniques to ensure water-tightness and finish quality
Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris,



and adhering to safety standards

Requirements
Proven experience in construction, tiling, framing, or related trades with a focus on flooring installation and tile laying
Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, drills, trowels, levels, and measuring devices
Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical instructions
Strong carpentry skills including framing and trim installation
Knowledge of caulking techniques for finishing touches
Prior handyman experience or versatility in various construction tasks is highly desirable
Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
