Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction in our restaurant environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the guest experience
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them regularly and addressing any issues promptly
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
