Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, helpful assistance to enhance their experience
Assist with daily store operations, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness
Answer customer inquiries promptly and accurately, offering product recommendations when needed
Support inventory management by receiving shipments, checking stock levels, and updating records
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store functioning and achieve sales goals




Follow safety protocols and company policies consistently to maintain a secure environment
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new products and procedures

Requirements
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers and team members
Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Demonstrated enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting
Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts
Reliable attendance and punctuality to support team operations effectively
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; we welcome motivated learners!
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or moving merchandise
