Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide friendly assistance throughout their visit
Assist with product selection, answering questions to enhance the customer experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stockrooms, and common areas
Support inventory management by restocking shelves and conducting stock counts
Operate point-of-sale systems accurately to process transactions efficiently
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure smooth store operations




Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times to create a secure environment

Qualifications
Excellent communication skills with a positive, energetic attitude
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Robust organizational skills with attention to detail
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
