We are seeking a energetic and enthusiastic Tennis Instructor to inspire players of all ages and skill levels to develop their game and love for tennis. In this role, you will deliver engaging coaching sessions, promote a positive sporting environment, and help individuals achieve their athletic goals. Your energy, expertise, and passion for teaching will be vital in creating memorable experiences on the court.

Responsibilities
Conduct engaging tennis lessons tailored to players’ skill levels, from beginners to advanced competitors
Develop personalized training plans that focus on technique, strategy, and physical conditioning
Demonstrate proper stroke techniques, footwork, and game tactics during coaching sessions
Monitor players’ progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their performance
Promote safety protocols on the court, including proper warm-up routines and injury prevention measures
Organize friendly matches, drills,
and tournaments to encourage teamwork and sportsmanship
Maintain equipment and ensure courts are prepared for daily use, including setting up nets and cleaning surfaces
Qualifications
TPA Certified Coaches are preferred.
Proven experience in teaching tennis or coaching at various skill levels
Strong knowledge of tennis techniques, rules, and game strategies
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse age groups and skill levels
Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for teaching and engaging others
Certification in tennis coaching or related sports education is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain relevant certifications is encouraged
