Job Role: Business System Analyst with experience in OpenText Exstream (Bilingual French - English)

Working Model: Hybrid – Onsite: 3 day’s Work from Office - 2 days mandatory Tuesday & Wednesday, 1 day flexible any day from Monday, Thursday, or Friday.

Technical Skills (Primary):

- Minimum 5 years of insurance domain experience
- 3 - 5 years Business analyst role for other publishing solutions
- Prior systems programming experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Microsoft Word Excel Access PDF AFP SQL
- Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities
- Solid customer service focus
- Able to multi-task and work independently

Desired Qualifications:

- OpenText Exstream
- Guidewire
- SQL Query
- Jira
