As part of a multidisciplinary team at Seven Oaks Tertiary Mental Health, you will provide support and rehabilitation to clients in a community setting.

Your contributions will include assisting clients with daily activities and self-care while engaging in treatment planning and monitoring strategies to ensure their well-being. Building rapport and trust with clients will be key to promoting their recovery. Key Responsibilities:
Help clients with daily living skills and rehabilitation activities




Participate in client treatment planning and implementation
Monitor health conditions and medication responses
Support clients during outings and activities
Collaborate with team members for comprehensive care Requirements:
Grade 12 diploma and relevant mental health coursework
Two years of hands-on experience with mental illnesses
Valid BC Driver's License and CPR, Food Secure certifications
