Represent EXFO at career fairs, conferences, and university or professional events.
Contribute to onboarding recent employees and ensuring a successful transition.
Leverage data and AI-powered tools to enhance searches, insights, and recommendations.
Contribute market intelligence, location insights, and talent trends to workforce planning discussions.
Share best practices and collaborate with the team to strengthen collective capabilities.
Test recent tools and approaches to improve recruitment processes.
Participate in cross-functional projects and the technological evolution of Talent Acquisition.

Requirements - Proven experience in Talent Acquisition.
Bilingual in French and English.
Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
Comfortable working with cooperative tools and AI.
University degree in a related field.




Proficiency in English is required for frequent oral and written communication with clients, partners, suppliers, or colleagues located outside Quebec.
