7+ years of experience in Application Portfolio Management, CMDB, Asset Inventory Management, Application Governance, or Technology Operations.
Robust understanding of application lifecycle management and asset repositories.
Experience managing application inventory and technology asset data.
Knowledge of application ownership, support models, infrastructure dependencies, and technology governance processes.

Data Management
Data quality assessment and remediation.
Data validation and reconciliation.
Metadata management.
Inventory completeness analysis.
Application portfolio reporting.

Tools & Platforms
ServiceNow CMDB / Asset Management
JIRA
SharePoint




Microsoft Excel (advanced)
Power BI
Microsoft Office Suite

Stakeholder Management
Robust communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work with senior Application Owners and Technology Leads.
Risk and issue management.
Executive status reporting and presentation skills.

Preferred Experience
Banking and Financial Services technology workplace.
Experience with enterprise application inventory repositories.
CMDB, Asset Management, or Application Portfolio Management initiatives.
Knowledge of application rationalization, ownership governance, and technology lifecycle management.
