Join a comprehensive behavioral health program approximately 30 miles from Recent Haven, Connecticut, as a BC/BE Psychiatrist serving as Medical Director of a specialized Adult Mood Disorders inpatient unit.
Position Highlights
Medical Director role
for a specialized
Adult Mood Disorders inpatient unit
Lead and collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary treatment team
Provide direct inpatient psychiatric care for adults with mood, anxiety and trauma-related disorders
Participate in resident supervision and medical student teaching
Academic appointment eligibility
through Quinnipiac University’s Frank H. Netter MD School of Medicine
Dedicated academic time with a Psychiatry Residency Program
Monday–Friday

Qualifications
MD or DO
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Eligible for unrestricted Connecticut medical licensure
Interest in academic psychiatry, teaching and leadership
Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based behavioral healthcare
