In this critical position, you will support the Operations/Installation Manager, leading a team of 5 to 10 Installation Technicians. Your responsibilities will include conducting site surveys, managing installation processes, and ensuring quality control throughout projects.
Your expertise in audiovisual installations will be a significant asset in providing guidance and fostering a cooperative work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct pre-installation site surveys and quality checks
Manage and coordinate installation tasks and subcontract services
Guide technicians through their learning and development plans
Monitor project objectives and align team efforts
Demonstrate installation techniques for audiovisual projects
Requirements:
Experience in managing installation operations
Knowledge of AV or electromechanical systems
Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver’s License with positive record
