Technical Skills
Demonstrates proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent tools.
Demonstrates experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery settings.
Demonstrates experience creating process maps, workflow diagrams, and business models.
Demonstrates understanding of application development lifecycles, testing, implementation, and change management.
Demonstrates knowledge of UX principles, accessibility requirements, and service design methodologies.
