Sponsorship Marketing and Experiential contract role open now in Toronto!

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Sponsorship Marketing Manager in the aviation and transportation sector in Toronto, Ontario. We are seeking an experienced Sponsorship & Experiential Marketing Consultant to support the planning, execution, and management of sponsorship programs, events, and brand activations. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders, agencies, vendors, and partners to deliver engaging experiences and ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and partners to support activation planning and execution.
- Support event logistics, hospitality programs, and onsite event delivery as required.
- Maintain project documentation, track key milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate sponsorship activations, partner programs, and experiential marketing initiatives from planning through execution.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and reporting to ensure programs stay on track.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in sponsorship marketing, experiential marketing, event management, or project management.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with agencies, vendors, partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Bilingual French/English is preferred.
- Robust organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

What's In It For You

- $45.00 - $60.00 hourly
- Contract: 12 months
- Location: Toronto, ON or Dorval, QC
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, with 4 days per week in office
- Full time, 40 hours per week
