This is a 1.0 FTE position to work 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. The position is .50 FTE Financial Assistant and .50 FTE Secretary.

Preference will be given to candidates with the following qualifications:

- Financial training and experience (Sage, Rycor, Atrieve)
- Experience with PowerSchool, PASI
- Experience with Excel, Word, Google Docs
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Comfort in a fast paced, multi-tasking workplace
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and establish priorities
- Enjoy working with children and the public
- Conduct themselves in a professional and caring manner
- Experience working with the public and in an educational setting would be an asset.
